About the Role:- Oversee and coordinate the project's execution from start to finish.
- Provide regular reports on time, cost, and quality, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors to drive the program forward.
- Establish strong relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors through effective communication and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company health and safety systems.
- Proven experience in commercial projects, particularly those exceeding $50 million.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, build consensus, and work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Experience working within the Australian construction industry.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and coordinating project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Developing and implementing project management plans.
- Monitoring and controlling project costs, schedules, and quality metrics.
- Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
