Perioperative Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our theatre team in a regional health service located three hours north of Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe and effective nursing care within the perioperative environment, assessing and prioritizing patient care, and working collaboratively with surgeons and anaesthetists.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements:
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated experience in perioperative nursing, including Anaesthetics, Theatre, Recovery, CSSD, or Day Procedure Unit.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
