Job Title: Picking and Packing Specialist

A challenging role is available for morning shifts at our warehouse, requiring efficient picking and packing of orders in freezer, chiller, and dry areas. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring timely deliveries to cafes, restaurants, and institutions by working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

About You
  • Be physically fit and able to work in fast-paced environments
  • Adapt to working in cold temperatures and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Take pride in being part of a team that ensures smooth operations
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, kitchen, or similar setting is beneficial but not required; however, you must possess a strong attitude and willingness to learn
  • Be reliable, willing to learn, and ready to work as part of a dynamic team
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Strong work ethic and practical mindset
  • Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks in fast-paced environments
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet daily targets
  • Comfortable working in cold environments
  • Previous warehouse or picking experience is an advantage but not essential
