The RoleWe're seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to join our Partnerships & Alliances team. As a key contributor to our success, you'll use your technical knowledge and subject matter expertise to understand business, technical issues, and how changes impact our organization and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Support the team in delivering effective organizational change management that facilitates sustainable change, timely communication, and on-time delivery of requirements.
- Manage the development of change strategies and supporting plans to ensure stakeholders and partners are fully consulted and involved in the change.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder matrices to support approvals and record stakeholder activity.
- Develop and execute change, partner communications, dashboards, and engagement activities.
- Support delivery teams across Auto & General in clearly articulating, assessing, and implementing business ideas related to operational process improvements, strategic project delivery, and support of BAU activities.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and/or business representatives to analyze and understand business needs, expectations, and constraints.
- Translate, elaborate, and document business outcomes for various audiences, including the articulation of partner needs and how this aligns with the Partnership and Alliances strategy.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments, including 'as is' and 'to be' business process/impacts and change readiness assessments.
- Support the optimal achievement of planned change and reform benefits for key departmental and divisional change programs and projects.
- Contribute to the development of materials for project communications, engagement, and education, ensuring that business changes and impacts are identified and understood.
- Contribute to the identification and execution of business engagement activities to improve awareness and commitment to project initiatives for Partnerships and Alliances.
- Create and maintain technical, process, and procedural knowledge base content relating to the Partnerships and Alliances business.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in decision-making ability.
- Analytical skills and a high level of problem-solving.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate activities collaboratively across departments for best business outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in change management or a people-related field.
- Understanding of the factors that influence claims cost, effectiveness, and service delivery.
- Experience in managing external suppliers.
