We are expanding our operations and moving into a brand-new world-class city campus in Yagan Square Perth CBD. This campus brings together teaching research with unique synergies for growth and development.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support music concerts recitals and external performances at WAAPA. The role reports to the Venues and Technical Services Manager and works closely with Music Coordinators and the Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality music concert production expertise.
  • Support students in their artistic journeys.
  • Embodiment of collaboration excellence.
Key Criteria
  • Experience supporting live music performances productions.
  • Ability to work autonomously take direction motivate self team members in a busy environment managing competing priorities deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills consulting negotiating networking with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated high level of administrative skills attention to detail accurately maintaining administrative systems procedures.
  • Ability to use initiative think analytically laterally sourcing information problem solving.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid driver's licence.
  • Ability willingness to work out of hours undertake travel as required.
  • Ability to undertake tasks requiring extensive physical movement packing/unpacking materials.
