Financial Administrator Wanted

The role of Financial Administrator is a 3-month contract position based full-time in the office, with the potential to go permanent. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping duties including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, monthly reporting, profit and loss management, and budget variance analysis.

This opportunity sits within a small team of four people, working on a pub/hotel business with 100 staff members across its establishments. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be immediately available to start work in the CBD.

  • Collate, input and produce relevant financial information on a timely basis
  • Pay bills and manage cash flow
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare financial reports to explain variances from budgets
