Community Engagement Specialist

The Shellharbour Integrated Child and Family Precinct is a one-stop shop for families to access developmental and early intervention services.

The Role

This senior and experienced Community Engagement Specialist will support the planning of the hub, ensuring the use of community-led initiatives that engage the Shellharbour community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead co-design processes in community settings.
  • Develop and implement a service model that prioritizes community voices and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure effective community engagement.
  • Engage with people from various cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic backgrounds.

Working closely with key stakeholders, you will ensure community voices are central to the design of the hub. Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
