About the Role:

As a Director of Environmental Strategy, you will drive the development and implementation of comprehensive sustainability initiatives. Your primary focus will be on creating and managing policies that promote environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our company's sustainability performance
  • Create and enforce policies that minimize environmental impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of sustainability
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of sustainability professionals

  • Analyze and report on sustainability metrics and performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in sustainability roles, 5+ years in leadership positions
  • Proven track record of strategy development and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
