Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Labourer to join our Fulton Hogan Utilities team. As a Leading Hand, you will be responsible for assisting the Site Supervisor and taking ownership of jobs from commencement to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Site Supervisor and take ownership of jobs from commencement to completion
- Engage, coordinate & manage Fulton Hogan employees and sub-contractors on job sites
- Communicate with site team to program and track the progress of jobs
- Attend & contribute to meetings
- Dispute / issue resolution, as required
- Ensure all inspections & other relevant documentation is signed off
- Ensure company HSE policies are followed at all times
Requirements
- Building trade / construction qualification or relevant industry experience
- Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
- Ability to build effective relationships & be empathetic to the needs of the client
- Positive attitude, sound work ethic & self-motivated
- Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
- Valid Driver's License (MR minimum)
- Operator tickets and proficiency with Excavator and Telehandler
