Job Title: Learning Area Coordinator

This is a fixed-term, full-time role with the primary focus on providing pastoral care and academic support to Year 7 students.

The successful applicant will be responsible for collaborating with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure students feel connected and supported during their transition to secondary education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality pastoral care and academic support to Year 7 students
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student success
  • Participate in middle leadership team meetings and contribute to school decision-making processes
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and reporting
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and motivation

  • Current accreditation as a middle leader or willingness to obtain
Qualifications Required
