About the Role

As a seasoned Motor Assessing Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of motor assessing and repair management practices within a designated region and team. Your responsibility includes coaching and developing the team to deliver exceptional service quality while meeting performance targets.

This is a full-time permanent role based at our Assessment Centre in Welshpool. If you are passionate about delivering quality member experiences and have the necessary skills and qualifications, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective solutions to members throughout the motor claims lifecycle and repair management
  • Coordinate workload distribution of motor assessing operations
  • Manage member complaints in line with dispute resolution and complaints handling procedures
  • Develop initiatives to drive continuous improvements
  • Cultivate team members' skills and knowledge through learning and development programs
  • Support the implementation of business strategy-aligned initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A qualification in Automotive Body Repair Technology (panel beating/spray painting) or Automotive Mechanical Technology
  • Experience within the Motor Vehicle Assessing Industry
  • Proficiency in motor insurance claims handling and motor repair assessment
  • Technical expertise in motor vehicle repair processes
  • Leadership experience in managing a team for vehicle loss assessment
