Paediatric Speech Pathology Opportunity
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the provision of high-quality paediatric speech pathology services. As part of this role, you will work collaboratively with allied health and nursing staff to deliver assessment, diagnosis, development, and management of paediatric clients in partnership with their families, carers, and other service providers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering innovative solutions to improve client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment, planning, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement related to the provision of paediatric speech pathology services.
- Using a capacity-building model of care to assist parents and/or educators to continue developing children's speech and language skills.
- Up-skilling of other allied health professionals in core business areas of Speech Pathology.
- Supervision of students and employees in roles graded below yours (grade 2 and above).
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology degree or equivalent qualification.
- Speech Pathology Australia membership.
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence.
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee).
