Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to provide after-hours administration and bed management for Carnarvon Hospital. This is a challenging opportunity for an individual who can demonstrate leadership and role-modeling, promoting high clinical standards of quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the after-hours team to ensure effective management of patient flow and efficient use of resources
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless care transitions and optimize hospital operations
