Gaming Services Host

We are seeking a highly skilled Gaming Services Host to join our Premium Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service standards and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

A few of your key responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome to guests at the entrance of the private gaming area.
  • Foster relationships with customers to achieve repeat business and meet established service standards.
  • Encourage guests to join our loyalty program by promoting its benefits and rewards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department on various activities, including promotions, tournaments, events, and functions.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work a 24/7 rotating roster and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
