Gaming Services Host Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Gaming Services Host at The Star Brisbane. This exciting opportunity allows you to showcase your exceptional guest service skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This position reports directly to the Premium Services Operations Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement with guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and greeting guests at the entrance to the private gaming area.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business.
  • Signing up new members to the loyalty programme.
  • Assisting the marketing department in related activities including promotions, tournaments, gift days, events, functions, and the rewards programme.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster.
  • Experience in a guest service-related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy essential.
