Senior Leadership Role: Assistant Director

As a seasoned and visionary leader, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive culture among our team of educators. This exciting opportunity will enable you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, families, and educators.

About the Role:
  • You will support and guide a dedicated team of educators in a Centre Leadership role, promoting excellence in all aspects of centre operations.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Director to develop and deliver high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds.
  • Mentor and develop the team around best practice, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Embed the Green Leaves Commitments across all aspects of centre operations, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
  • Build genuine relationships with the team, children, and their families, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Drive quality and continuous improvement by guiding teams to ensure excellence in all aspects of centre operations.
  • Take initiative, motivate, and be flexible while approaching every task with a proactive mindset.

Requirements:
  • A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification.
  • A current State relevant Working with Children's Check.
  • A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
  • A current Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Lead Educator.
