We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Horticulturist to join our team at Robert Plumb Horticulture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our team, including day-to-day on-site management as required.
Key Responsibilities- Landscape gardening and garden maintenance
- Cultivation and planting of various plants and trees
- Pest and disease management to ensure the health and well-being of our landscapes
- Workplace health and safety advocacy to ensure a safe working environment
- Support and development of junior team members and apprentices
- Qualification in Horticulture
- Experience in a similar role
- Passion for horticulture and landscape design
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, in all weather conditions
- Driver's licence essential
