Senior Visual Brand Manager

We are seeking a seasoned visual brand manager to oversee our company's aesthetic, operational efficiency, and safety standards across multiple brands.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the creation of design guidelines, blueprints, and standard drawings for all three Coles brands.
  • They will also ensure that all applicable legislative requirements are considered and incorporated into box designs.
  • Additionally, they will manage documentation processes for Typicals, Standard drawings, and Visual Identity documents.
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is crucial in this role.
  • Site visits will be conducted to review standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
About You And Your Skills
  • A background in retail planning with experience in design, commercial, and financial understanding is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage construction consultants, including architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders or large groups via webinars.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Understanding of key metrics required to improve return on equity.
  • A degree in architecture or engineering is highly regarded.
