We are seeking a skilled Design Manager to join our Advanced Facilities team in the Australia/New Zealand region. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and grow your career, delivering advanced facilities projects within the region.

As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary design projects from concept through to construction and handover stages. You will work closely with clients to provide award-winning planning, design, engineering, construction, and solutions delivery for mission-critical data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and monitoring of design programmes
  • Coordinate and agree definitions of package scope and technical delivery
  • Lead multidisciplinary design projects
  • Chair internal and external design meetings
  • Oversee production of project documentation
  • Manage project commercial activities
  • Support Principal Designer in health and safety management
  • Coordinate with core design disciplines and specialist inputs
