Corporate Travel Consultant Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service in the corporate travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of corporate travel management, including itineraries, budgets, and risk management.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure timely and accurate processing of travel requests.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate travel consulting or management.
  • Proficiency in global distribution systems (GDS), with Sabre highly regarded.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ability to contribute to a cohesive team environment.
