
Project Delivery Specialist

As a key member of our project team, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful project delivery and ensuring timely completion within budget.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager, mitigating risk and facilitating delivery of inter company and multi-disciplinary projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to successful project delivery according to project management best practices and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Assist in preparing, monitoring, and updating project delivery documentation, including project management plans, risk registers, HSE plans, and other required documents
- Draft inter company agreements and facilitate sign-off processes according to internal procedures
- Update internal project delivery plans, including drafting monthly project reviews for project manager review
- Project financial management and control, including:
- Setup new projects in ERP system, developing project work breakdown structures, revenue and cost budgets
- Monitor and report project progress, assist project managers to forecast cost to complete
- Variance analysis for cost and schedule, identifying exceptions and assisting project managers to ensure corrective actions as needed
- Issue monthly invoices, ensuring invoices align with contractual agreements and client requirements
- Prepare purchase orders
- Approve and track creditor invoices
- Liaise with project finance specialist (PFS) to update budgets and maintain accurate financial information and revenue recognition on projects
- Update project work breakdown structure and project budgets as required, ensuring correct documentation
- Schedule, create, and update project schedules to align with project and client requirements
- Project change management, assisting project managers with variations and updating relevant project documentation
- Liaise with project administration regarding mobilisation, travel requirements, logistics, and document control processes
- Assist in preparing, monitoring, and updating health and safety documentation
- Assist in preparing proposals and ad hoc project documentation as required
- Interact with clients, both internal and external, as project team representative
- Attend and organise meetings as requested to take minutes, follow up actions, and record completion
About You
- Typically 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and project controls
- Prior experience in a project management/consultancy environment is desirable
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team environment and autonomously
