About the Role

This role supports our on-site project teams in delivering new build projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Championing a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards
  • Managing day-to-day activities from site establishment to handover
  • Maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors and managing quality work
  • Developing and scheduling programmes with the Project Manager
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordination with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience delivering commercial new build projects or projects with structural works as a Site Manager
  • Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build high-performing teams and maintain strong relationships
  • Knowledge of Procore and MS Project (handy, but not essential)
