The Queensland Department of Education is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of a cohesive, high-impact curriculum across a network of small, community-focused schools.
This key role will drive pedagogical excellence and innovation in curriculum design, ensuring alignment with the Australian Curriculum. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers and leaders to build capacity and provide targeted professional learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and evaluate a cohesive, high-impact curriculum across Prep to Year 12 within the Ulysses Cluster.
- Collaborate with other school leaders to develop and deliver training programs for teachers and leaders.
- Conduct classroom observations and data analysis to inform instructional improvement.
- Proven leadership experience in curriculum design, implementation, and review.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and data-driven instructional improvement.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
