About this Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Head of Department to lead our curriculum focus. In this role, you will champion high-quality teaching and learning, support teacher capability, build relationships with students, staff, families, and the community, and contribute to the vision and direction of the school.
- Lead the school's curriculum focus in line with departmental priorities
- Champion high-quality teaching and learning across Prep-Year 10
- Support and develop teacher capability through coaching and collaboration
- Build and strengthen positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the community
- Contribute to the school's vision and direction under the leadership of the Principal
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to:
- Drive curriculum innovation and excellence
- Collaborate with teachers to improve teaching practices
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives and projects
To be successful in this role, you will need:
