Job Description

This graduate program is designed to accelerate your learning and development within a supportive environment. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team working in the community or at one of our accessible clinics, providing therapeutic supports and helping people build capacity and maximise independence.

  • You'll work closely with our dedicated team members, who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disability.
  • Our flexible work arrangements allow you to choose where you work, from home or your favourite café to our clinical hubs or team spaces.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Registration with AHPRA/ SPA/ ESSA or eligibility to do so upon graduation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to people with disability.
  • An empathetic approach, with a focus on creating meaningful outcomes.
