Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced production leader to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the production team and ensuring that orders are completed on-time and accurately.

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a production leading hand, with a proven track record of meeting quality standards and deadlines.
  • They will also possess excellent people management skills, attention to detail, and quality assurance experience.
  • A current drivers license and forklift certification are also essential requirements for this role.
  • In addition to these qualifications, the successful candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • They will also be physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble industrial doors and allied products using hand tools, pneumatic presses, and other equipment.
  • Work with a crew to meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Coordinate production activities to ensure orders are completed on-time and accurately.
  • Perform finished goods quality checks, receiving and dispatching, and periodic stocktakes.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe workplace.
