Culinary Expert for High-Volume Kitchen

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at the upcoming MXGP event in Darwin. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality food service in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in a dynamic kitchen environment. You will ensure all menu items consistently meet presentation and quality standards, maintain strict compliance with kitchen hygiene, food safety, and WHS/HACCP requirements, and assist with daily food preparation, stock rotation, and equipment upkeep.

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in line with WHS and HACCP standards
