About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Care Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane South. As a key member of our Community Support Team, you will be responsible for liaising with clients and carers to schedule allied health services.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Liaising with clients/carers to schedule appointments and services.
  • Responding to calls, messages, booking requests, and inquiries from clients, carers, and stakeholders regarding cancellations or changes to scheduled services.
  • Administering new referrals on AlayaCare.
  • Coordinating the rostering of client services.
  • Data entry and general office duties.

You will have an enthusiastic attitude, be outcome-focused, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. You must have relevant experience in administration/clerical roles, basic computing skills, and good interpersonal skills.
