Job Title: Workplace Educator

This is a fantastic opportunity to use your expertise in training and education within an Aged Care setting.

  • Coordinate and deliver the induction program for new employees.
  • Provide education and training to meet role expectations and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Conduct needs analysis and develop learning plans to address identified gaps.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors.
  • Completion of Adult Training Education - Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or similar qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering education and training programs.
  • Excellent skills in conducting Training Needs Analysis and developing learning plans.
  • Thorough understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards.
  • Knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Clinical knowledge of aging health issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient IT skills including Microsoft suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective education and training programs.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of staff performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve staff development.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Adult Training Education - Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or similar.
  • Experience in delivering education and training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
