We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Tuckshop Convenor. This is a Term Time, Permanent position, requiring 5 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily tuckshop operations, including food preparation, cleaning, stocktake, and catering.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene in food and service areas.
- Develop and deliver exceptional customer service standards across all aspects of tuckshop operations.
- Collaborate with students and the school community to gather feedback on food preferences.
- Support special event days and other catered school functions as required.
- Verify all supplies against invoices and ensure timely submission of invoices to accounts payable.
- Conduct regular stock-takes of non-perishable food items at the end of each term.
- Experience in ensuring the quality and nutritional value of tuckshop menu items.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer satisfaction to students, staff, and the broader school community.
- Experience in risk minimization, particularly in relation to WHS and compliance requirements.
- Ability to utilize sound financial outcomes, business systems, and controls.
