Job Role Overview

Melbourne True Care is seeking compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals to provide dedicated support to our participants located in Brunswick, VIC.

This role offers a full roster line with shifts scheduled for balanced coverage. The workplace will vary based on the participant's needs, including their private residence or supported accommodation.

We require individuals who demonstrate empathy, strong interpersonal skills, ethical practice, and hands-on experience in supporting individuals with complex disabilities.

  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Building rapport easily with clients and co-workers
  • Being flexible, strong, and resilient in challenging situations
  • Maintaining cleanliness and completing shift progress notes
  • Assisting with social/recreational and community access services

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional support to individuals with complex disabilities
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Providing clear and timely communication

Requirements for this role include:

  • A current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • A current National Police Check
  • A current Working with Children's Check
  • Availability to work all shifts (morning/afternoon/active nights/weekends)
  • A valid Australian Drivers License and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Minimum Cert III in Individual Support (Disability)
