Job Title: Compassionate Healthcare Professional We are seeking a dedicated and skilled healthcare professional to provide high-quality care to our residents in a residential aged care facility. The Opportunity:We offer a rewarding career where you will be pivotal in delivering safe, high-quality, and contemporary clinical care to our residents every day. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care, including assessing health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.

  • Undertake or supervise others to undertake clinical care for individual residents as required, including wound care, pain management, behaviour management, end-of-life care, and other clinical procedures as necessary.

  • Liaise with relevant staff, medical professionals, allied health practitioners, hospitals, and specialist health practitioners to ensure residents receive high-level clinical care.

 Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience Required:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) administered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

  • Recent experience in caring for high-care and dementia residents.

  • Knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments, and care plans.

 Other Requirements:

  • A valid Police Clearance or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance to undertake the inherent requirements of this role.

  • Be vaccinated against Covid-19 and Flu-Vaccine; proof of vaccination is required prior to commencement.
