We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Analyst to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on our business.

  • As a Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of cost allocations across assigned overhead functions, including monitoring cost requisitions.
  • You will also prepare and analyze overhead and recharges across the group, and assist the wider Corporate Finance team with consolidated monthly management reporting, quarterly forecast and annual budget submissions.
  • In addition, you will own the corporate capital expenditure end-to-end process, including monitoring requisitions, monthly fixed asset reconciliations, preparation of forecast and budget submissions.
  • You will analyze internal cost allocations across the group, with specific focus on labour rates and other internally billed costs including insurances.
  • Your responsibilities will also include preparing monthly accounts and required balance sheet reconciliations for assigned entities and completion of review queries.
  • You will provide internal financial support to Functional Managers to drive a cost-conscious culture.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A CA/CPA qualification or working towards it
  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
  • A Bachelor of Commerce or Accounting or equivalent degree
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with data handling and manipulation
