Effective Vehicle Wash Operations Manager Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Wash Operations Manager to join our team in Sydney.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring high-quality washes inside and outside vehicles are consistently delivered
  • Managing and mentoring current team members to achieve optimal performance
  • Overseeing daily business operations and implementing improvements as necessary to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Maintaining quality control standards across all aspects of vehicle washing
  • SUPERVISING AND GUIDING THE TEAM TO ACHIEVE COMMON GOALS through effective leadership and communication skills
  • Recruiting new employees when required to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Creating and managing employee rosters to optimize workflow and minimize downtime
  • Communicating effectively with customers and management to deliver excellent customer service
