Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our operations team in a technical environment.

  • This role involves managing a team of 4-6 field technicians and providing operational support to all staff in the maintenance hub.
  • You will be responsible for recruitment, training and competencies facilitation, financial oversight and processing, and Organisational/Hub process management.

This is an administration based role with opportunities to work in the field where required or as technical skills are gained.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills to support your field team, negotiate and manage stakeholder relationships, and leverage emotional intelligence.
  • Pride in developing and mentoring staff.
  • Strong teamwork abilities to empower and inspire the field teams you are responsible for managing.

A strong understanding of organisational processes and procedures is also essential.
