Occupational Therapist - Community Care Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team and contribute to the well-being of older Australians. Our multi-disciplinary team delivers high-quality care services in community-based settings.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
  • Proven ability to assess occupational therapy needs and design tailored programs for aged care clients within the community
  • Postgraduate experience working across diverse aged care services, including community-based settings
  • Thorough knowledge of health and well-being frameworks, including reablement and restorative care models
  • Demonstrated capability to operate effectively both as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer literacy, with a willingness to utilise required software to facilitate remote work
  • Commitment to understanding and upholding our organisation's values and principles
