- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Current registration with the Nurses & Midwifery Board as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Competent with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) Standards.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse or postgraduate diploma in Mental Health.
- Experience in Palliative Care and case management.
- Relevant experience in Person-Centered Care and problem-solving skills at an advanced level.
- Knowledge of current No Lift Programs and other issues common to nursing.
- Current BLS competency.
- Experience in application of the Aged Care Standards – Residential Aged Care only.
