Site Maintenance Professional

We are looking for a skilled Site Maintenance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent maintenance and repair skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The role involves maintaining a high level of presentation of our site and grounds at all times. This includes:

  • Maintaining garden beds, lawn, and play yards to ensure they are clean and tidy.
  • Conducting general handyman repairs, including patching and painting, replacement of light globes, and removal and disposal of rubbish.
  • Operating and maintaining equipment in accordance with the Operator's Manual and seasonal maintenance schedules.
  • Ensuring pathways and grates are clean and free from rubbish, weeds, and other debris.
  • Conducting regular inspections of boarding premises and undertaking repairs as necessary.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Skills to ensure the infrastructure is maintained in good condition and meets WHS and compliance requirements.
  • Must be available on weekends and school holiday periods.
  • Must be driven and have a strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to follow routines, policies, and procedures.
  • Comfortable working with and around animals.
