We are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Analyst to join our Middle Office team. This role will be at the heart of operations, ensuring seamless transaction processing, robust reporting, and strategic support for our growing portfolio.

This is an 18-month contract role with a high chance of going permanent or opening other doors to multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end instructions for unlisted transactions, ensure compliance with valuation and unit pricing policies, and coordinate new deal setups.
  • Oversee tax payments, review financial reports, and maintain investment valuation governance.
  • Lead and deliver change projects to improve processes, systems, and service efficiency.

Key competencies and qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field; CA/CPA qualification or progression is highly regarded.
  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally in funds management.
  • Strong understanding of fund accounting, tax, and financial systems.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and project management skills.
  • Commitment to organisational values and operational excellence.
