About the Job:

We are seeking an In-House Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled technician with excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Test, troubleshoot, and repair electromechanical products in-house
  • Maintain quality standards and follow procedures
  • Support the sales team with client inquiries and needs assessment
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and work practices
  • Update and maintain accurate records

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven working knowledge of electro-mechanical devices, including electric motors, gears, hydraulics, low voltage, and 240V
  • Competent in hand tool usage and electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
  • Excellent computer literacy and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
  • Current valid driver's license required
