Furniture Consultant

As a valued team member, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our showroom is always presented to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, providing personalized assistance, and guiding them through our stunning collections.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the showroom is always in perfect shape prior to shift start
- Processing orders in person, over the phone, and via email
- Responding promptly to client inquiries
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in design and furniture. Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or furniture, is highly desirable.
Additional requirements include:
- Availability to work weekends and a minimum of 3 days per week
- A positive, professional attitude and strong sense of initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
