Identity and Access Delivery Expert

This role plays a key part in our Digital Identity Practice within the Cyber Technology Integration Services (CTIS) Service Line.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of complex IAM programs and solutions across diverse client environments.

This includes managing a team of identity specialists, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning through implementation and transition to support.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end delivery of IAM programs and projects, managing project planning and resourcing, coordinating cross-functional identity specialists, and providing delivery oversight and quality assurance.

You will also act as a key client liaison, contribute to solution planning and estimation activities, support practice growth by mentoring junior team members, and champion consistent delivery methodologies.

Additionally, you will facilitate team collaboration and knowledge sharing, represent the practice at industry events, and identify and address delivery risks and dependencies.

Finally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery practices and team capability.
