This key role defines the digital identity north star for clients, working across teams to achieve it.

Leading solution design and governance, this senior position delivers high-quality outcomes for 'Secured by Thales' client engagements.

A trusted advisor, you'll establish strong relationships across projects, management, and executive teams using your consulting experience.

This role requires eligibility for a Baseline Security clearance.

About This Opportunity:

  • You will develop a deep understanding of client needs to drive opportunities and deliver Digital Identity engagements across various services.
  • Define and manage the delivery of Digital Identity solutions, including Workforce IAM, Customer IAM, Verifiable Credentials, and Digital Wallets.
  • Lead research projects to identify new Digital Identity service offerings.
  • Participate in recruitment processes to find suitable candidates for Digital Identity roles.
  • Offer Architecture services, such as Digital Identity, Enterprise Security Architecture, and Cloud Security Architecture.
  • Mentor team members in Digital Identity architecture, providing training and learning opportunities.
  • Develop quality solution designs for clients, describing vision, requirements, technical solutions, and implementation considerations.
  • Deliver training material for public and private events.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry insights and emerging security risks, controls, regulations, and trends.

About You:

  • Experience applying best practice frameworks, including ISO27001, ISO27002, and NIST SP 800-63.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to explain concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Minimum five years' experience delivering Solution Architecture services in complex, highly regulated industries.
  • Minimum three years supporting the sale of Digital Identity solutions and services.
  • Minimum three years supporting contractual management for small to large projects.

To succeed in this role, you should have

  • Familiarity with ISO27001, ISO27002, and NIST SP 800-63.
  • The ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.
  • Proven experience in Solution Architecture and project management.
  • A strong understanding of Digital Identity principles and technologies.
