Estimator Position

We are seeking a seasoned Estimator to oversee the tender process from start to finish. This will include managing take-offs, negotiating with subcontractors and developing relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cost evaluations and pricing analysis of quotes.
  • Develop project budgets, cost models, and bid proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure scope and costs are aligned.
  • Monitor market conditions and integrate insights into cost forecasting.
Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in the commercial space, preferably with a Tier 1, 2 or 3 Builder or large fit-out contractor.
  • Strong understanding of current rates in the commercial environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Detailed-oriented individual with experience in take-offs.
  • Proven experience working on tenders over $5 million.
