- Wound Care: Provide comprehensive wound care, including assessment, treatment, and evaluation of wound progress.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client records, ensuring seamless communication with the clinical team.
- Patient Education: Deliver educational programs to clients and their families, empowering them to manage their health effectively.
- Clinical Deterioration: Recognize and respond promptly to clinical deterioration, escalating as necessary to ensure client safety.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance patient care and outcomes.
- AHPRA Nursing Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of acute experience, with community experience highly desirable. Postgraduate qualifications in Stomal Therapy Nursing are a plus.
- NDIS and Police Clearance: NDIS clearance and police clearance within 6 months or willingness to obtain.
