Remote Site Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to manage our remote sites around Perth.
- Maintain accurate records of daily machine hours, receipt purchase orders, create back charges documents, and fuel usage.
- Entry of employee and subcontractor timesheets, roster maintenance, and scheduling.
- Raise and receive purchase orders, ensuring cross-referencing against work scopes and sourcing parts.
- Prepare detailed breakdowns and quotes for job costing and invoicing purposes.
- Manage training records and assist in booking training sessions and inductions.
- Support the onboarding process for new starters with site inductions, paperwork, and accommodation arrangements.
- Assist with database management, document control, and register upkeep as required.
- Significant experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role as Site Administrator or Maintenance Administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills, enabling effective multi-tasking and prioritization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a diverse team and building relationships.
- Self-motivated, high-energy individual delivering quality outcomes consistently.
- Must have full working rights within Australia and hold a valid Australian Driver's License.
