Lead Retail Team Member

We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage our retail store, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service.


About the Role
  • Leading a team: Direct responsibility for leading, coaching, and training up to 15 team members.
  • Driving sales: Maintaining high standards of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
  • Stock management: Liaising with the stock allocator and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store.
  • Reporting and compliance: Preparing and monitoring sales reports, store rosters, and team compliance.
