  • As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical and patient-centered care within the Community Care Unit, supporting the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective nursing services consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice in a Mental Health Community Residential Rehabilitation setting.
  • You will actively participate in and support education, management, and portfolio functions within the Community Care Unit as part of a multidisciplinary team working with Allied Health and Peer workforce.
