About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment lawyer with WHS expertise to join our team at LexisNexis. As a key member of our Practical Guidance content team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, up-to-date legal content on workplace and WHS law.

Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and informative content, including guidance notes, precedents, and checklists, as well as user-friendly tools and training materials. You will also be expected to update and enhance existing content in the Employment and WHS modules, and support our sales, marketing, and engagement teams by promoting content through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new workplace and WHS law content, including guidance notes, precedents, and checklists
  • Update and enhance existing content in the Employment and WHS modules
  • Keep subscribers informed of developments in workplace law through current awareness initiatives
  • Support sales, marketing, and engagement teams by promoting content through articles, webinars, masterclasses, and podcasts
  • Work with other legal writers across the Practical Guidance team
  • Drive content plans and priorities for the digital delivery of workplace and WHS law content
Requirements
  • 3+ years PQE with a strong practice background in Employment and WHS law
  • Excellent communication and plain-English writing skills
  • Aptitude for building and fostering relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
