**Merchandising Opportunity:**

Coles is seeking a skilled merchandiser to join our Relay team in Launceston.

As a Lead Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring executional excellence of stores in your territory, including planograms/relays, point of sale set-up, pricing, ticketing, and developing strong working relationships with store managers and other merchandisers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely execution of merchandising plans
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and colleagues
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborating with the merchandising team to achieve sales growth and business objectives

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Previous merchandising experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and resourcefulness
  • Able to lift up to 15kg
  • Flexible availability on weekdays
  • Available to work Fridays
